Agreement
By installing or using Browser Memory, you agree to these Terms. The extension is provided by Ivan Karpinsky.
What the extension is
Browser Memory is a free Chrome extension in closed beta. It saves context when you close supported webpages and stores that data locally on your device. There is no account, no payment, and no cloud sync in this release.
Experimental software
The beta is early software. It may contain bugs, change without notice, or be discontinued. We do not guarantee that every webpage will be captured, that context will always be accurate, or that you will always be able to find a closed tab again.
Your responsibilities
- Do not rely on the extension as your only record for critical information. Verify capture works for your typical sites before closing something important.
- Captures remain subject to your device and Chrome profile security.
- Use the extension in compliance with applicable laws and Chrome Web Store policies.
- Do not include sensitive page content in support email unless necessary.
No warranty
The extension is provided as is without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the extension — including lost tabs, failed captures, or inability to recover a closed webpage. Our total liability for any claim related to the beta shall not exceed the amount you paid for the extension (zero for the free beta).
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes how the extension handles data.
Changes and discontinuation
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the beta or these Terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
Termination
You may stop using the extension anytime by uninstalling it. We may end beta access for conduct that harms the test or other users.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where the developer operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Contact us first at karpinskiyivann@gmail.com to resolve disputes.
